Unwanted Feelings

Good morning Royals đź‘‘. First give praise and worship to the all High.

The worst feeling in the world is a sense of worthlessness, followed by a loss of a love one. It seem as though nothing can reverse these feelings and no one understand how qyou feel because they aren’t going through what you are experiencing. This is when you want to run and hide. Close yourself off from the world and allow the emptiness to be your friend.

The darkness is a place where you feel safe. Your mind can’t be trusted and your actions you want to be justified by your sense of securities. You stop conversing with those who love you and enclosed yourself in a bubbled filled with despair. Desperation is a lover, you only know from afar but want to be imitated with daily. Scared to express any emotion for you might be shamed into a darker hole. Feeling guilty for wanting happiness when there so much hurt and hate around for the loss you’ve experienced. Family…what’s that? Friends…who are they? But if it then you can’t trust or is it you that you are unsure of because of your uncertainties. Dammed if you do and dammed because you don’t, is confusing you more.

I can assure you that these feelings too will pass and you’re happiness is coming. Believe in you and your abilities where others have condemned you for being different. You’re a single individual with feelings that’s of your own. You need not apologize for your emotions or feelings. You are entitled to have and show your internal thoughts and emotions through your actions. If you’re violent ask for help because hurting another because you feel hurt isn’t going to solve any of your problems. They will only manifest with every trauma you inflict onto others.

Trust that you aren’t the only one facing these specific feelings or signs of depression or experiencing a loss. You might need a support group to empathize with your situation. Seeking therapy doesn’t make you crazy it make you human. Just need a little help or push into become functional again, so get the best help for your mental health and well-being. Remember no one can help if you aren’t seeking it nor willing to allow others in to bring the light back.

I’m was there in a darkness and thought there was no way back to bring me. No way to my writing, healthy thoughts, caring, loving and understanding self. I showed signs of hate and anger towards all those who cared. I deemed them unworthy of my understanding because I myself couldn’t understand so how could above else. Clearly I was wrong because without the help I seek and is receiving I would be able to write this post. I knew nothing about the things I was going through even though in my heart I wasn’t happy somehow I convinced myself I was alright. It was okay for me to close myself off and stop connecting with society all while shutting down mentally and emotionally, but it wasn’t. I was in a deep depression and saw no way out, no way for hope. So I myself reached out to a therapist and then a psychiatrist for help.

Even though my battle isn’t over my war is won. I win because I seek out help for support.

Now it’s your turn don’t get swallowed up in your doubt and self pity when there are plenty of support systems available for you. the first step is yours take it!
