Goddess morning Royals 👑. First give praise and worship to the all High.
Mental health is an issue that is serious but is being treated like a plague. It’s not something you catch but something people suffer through. Many people are afraid of being called crazy, losing their families, scared of what others will think of them, or that they will lose their jobs for seeking professional help for a problem that needs to be addressed.
It’s not the seeking help that makes you crazy it’s the lack there of that does it. When you refuse to get treatment or at least talk to a professional, is when the problems occur. After a while those problems, fears, anxiety, depressions, emotions, behaviors, etc., catches up to you in the worst way possible.
By the time you seek to address the matter most times it’s too late. Especially if you have already falling into the shallow end of the disaster pool. Rock bottom mentally is no place to be! I have seen the suicides, homicides, torture, manslaughter, near death experiences all because someone was afraid to seek help. It’s doesn’t have to end in disaster if you don’t want it to. It can begin in happiness and live on in joy.
I say this because I realized my brother wanted death because he was mental unstable, depressed, emotionally tired, psychologically drained. He couldn’t take it any longer and he made attempts to rehab for the drug use but never for the mental health problems. He never tried to get to the source of wanting death more than live, so when the opportunity presented itself he chose death over life. Leaving behind a grieving family with many unanswered questions but with love for him and pain for his absence.
We will never know of his suffering but we too are now suffering the loss. I choose to seek help and have to keep death from living in my mind more than life. I have suffered long enough with this problem (disease) and now I must face it head on. (1) It’s can’t have my life, (2) it’s have no home here, (3) I chose happiness and the freedom to be happy, (4) I can’t do this alone.
Get help before it’s too late!
Sending you all love and kisses. #GoddessLove
