What we understand about friendship, it is supposed to be give and take. A connection; a bond that can’t be broken because of the hurtles leap, the boundaries crossed, the paths taken, the tears shed, the blood infused, time spent and the lives birth and loss!
What we have learned is those same reasons that makes the friendship can be the same reasons to break a friendship! When it feels or becomes one-sided, the trust is challenged. Communication becomes threats; hurtles look like hate; boundaries are double crossed; paths become rage, tears are signs of jealousy and pain; blood is then shed and lives are really loss! A war has started because of miscommunication, writing on the walls are from enemies and not friends, whispers are from the devils working hard to break the bond.
It becomes a battle no one wants to lose but no one will ever win. What was once a loving heart is now a wicked, deceptive thought and the heart is no longer at play. The mind is a terrifying place to be when you lose your heart.
Remember everyone who started this race with you aren’t for you and everyone joining isn’t your friend. Choose wisely when using that word #Friend. It’s powerful and wicked at the same time.
