Manic Monday! Allergies, What A Bother?

Goddess morning Royals. First, give praise and worship to the all High.

I know that this time of the year is hard for me. I have winter allergies and I can tell you that they were the absolute worst for me. I can’t breath have the time and other times my sinus is such a bother I just want to rip my nose off my face. Then the itchy eyes which blurs my vision, makes it hard for me to do anything. I barely write in the winter because of these complications, until I found what makes my life better and more manageable to cope.

Allergies is just your body way of saying no to substances that is not normally harmful, allergens. The problem with allergens is whether they are organic and/or absent of synthetic chemicals. It just mean that my tolerance level has been reach and so my body reacts to the synthetic chemicals, causing me allergic reactions. Allergic reactions to the synthetic chemical mixes with the natural chemicals of the body, entails a war is started. Especially is the synthetic and natural chemicals causes more synthetic chemicals within your body. The natural chemicals will respond irragically. The same thing goes for synthetic chemicals in foods. The natural chemicals in your body will try to defeat the synthetic chemicals that were added. Not all the time the natural wins and sometimes it can be fatal when the natural loses. Stay away from all the synthetic chemicals that causes you to go into anaphylactic shock.

The accumulation of synthetic toxic chemicals in the air, water, soil and food can trigger an allergic response. The body makes and stores chemical from the food, air, water and soil. Each change in emotion, thought and spirit causes a different ratio of chemicals, fats, hormones, vitamins and minerals. A change in ratio plus the change brought on by what has been eaten can cause an allergic reaction. In any case a true test of food allergies is best after a fast and colonic irrigation.

Problem, when you eliminate so-called allergic foods from your diet, you are also decreasing the nutrients you need. A decrease in nutrient weakens the body defense making it more susceptible to allergies.

Any substance can cause an allergic reaction. The common allergens ae molds, grass pollen, lanolin (sheep fat), common drugs (aspirin, penicillin), vaccinations, insect bites, and stings, metals (nickel, etc.) dust, animal hair, foods, (shellfish, strawberries, eggs) white sugar, milk, beef, bananas, caffeine, tomatoes, white rie, wheat, oats, citrus fruit, processed and refined chemicalized foods and additives (sulfur, dioxide, benzoic acid, annatto, BHT-BHA, vanillin, monosodium glutamate, eucalyptol, benzaldehyde, F, D, and C Yellow #5 dyes. Added to this, allergens can cause mental illness, violent outbursts, mood swings, schizophrenia, hallucinations, eczema, hay fever, hives, asthma, headaches, heart palpitations, upset stomachs, diarrhea, itching and swelling.

Solutions I have found that works for me. Multiple Vitamin and Minerals; as directed, use only hypoallergenic products. Potassium, 99mg, daily, aids adrenal gland function. Vegetable Protein Supplement; as directed, vegetable protein is easily absorbed and assimilated by the body. Vitamin B Complex 100mg daily. Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids; 2,000mg and up 3x a day; enhances immune function. Bee Pollen (raw crude pollen) 2 tsp daily or take in capsule form; beginning with a few granules at a time, builds up a resistance to pollen. Herbs; burdock, entaury, cubeb, dandelion, eyebright, fringe tree, goldenseal (those with ragweed should avoid), milk thistle, papaya, phytolacca, skunk cabbage. Food; organic fruits, and vegetables as much as possible. Eat what can be tolerated. Glandulars; raw adrenal, raw thymus, and raw spleen 500mg, each twice daily, stimulates immune function. Amino Acids; L-tyrosine and L-Cysteine 500 mg, each on empty stomach, daily – Vitamin B6 and C aids in assimilation. Homeopathic; Kali Iodatum 7, allium cepa 7, and naphthalinum 7; 2 grams once a day; relieves symptoms.

Not all I just had to try a few different ways to make life better for me. Now you can go out and try to make like manageable for you.

Sending you all love and kisses. #GoddessLove
