Goddess morning Royals. First, give praise and worship to the all High.

Four Quick meals, or snacks that you can make to cure those craving of unhealthy foods you want to put in your mouth. We all have those cravings that much us rush to the store and purchase those chips, a quick donut, coffee and loaded it with sugars and creams, a sandwich or something deep fried. I know I want to do it all the time. Only because I be feeling lazy and in my mind it is only me so why cook. Why not?

Avocado Salad

  • 1 ripe Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Tomato slided.
  • Put on lettuce leaves and spinach. Sprinkle with Lemon or Lime Juice, Kelp and grated Coconut.

Millet Sandwich Patties

  • 1 cup cooked Millet
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups of water
  • Cook millet approximately 45 minutes
    • 1 cup chopped onion (optional)
    • 1/4 tsp. chives
    • 1 tsp dill
    • 1/4 tsp kelp
    • 1/2 cup chopped celery
    • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne
    • 2 tbsp soy oil
    • 1 tsp lecithin granules (sprinkle in mixture)
    • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
    • 1/2 tsp sea salt
    • 1/2 tsp liquid chlorophyll
  • Combine ingredients with cooked millet and soy sauce mixture. Then shape into patties and brown on both sides.

Almond and Corn Meal Fu Fu

  • 2 cups stone ground Corn Meal
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • 1 tbsp Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Dill
  • 1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Origanum
  • 1 tbsp Marjoram
    • 2 tbsp Lime juice
    • 1/4 tsp Kelp
    • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    • 3 tbsp Sunflower Oil
    • 1 Onion Chopped
    • 1 Bell Pepper (with seeds)
    • 1 Celery Stalk (sliced)
  • Bake (325) in pan for 20 minutes or until medium dry. This FuFu can be stuffed in a hollow Bell Pepper

Fudge Carob (Protein Balanced)

  • 1/4 cup soy margarine
  • Combine 1 cup lecithin granules (blend until creamy)
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup carob powder
  • 3/4 cup soy isolate milk powder (Use enough milk to get mixture slightly stickly)
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Meal
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Meal Coconut Granules Almond Meal
  • Add to above ingredients and blend until creamy. Shape into balls and roll in this combined mixture. Refrigerate or freeze for firmness.

Thy them and tweek to your likeness. Just remember to eat better, live healthy and be happy while doing it.
