Work in any fashion, being school, yard, house, job, career ( because there is a difference between the too) and parenting.
First, SCHOOL work is for you. You are the one who has to be educated. You are the one who has to comprehend what is being taught. You are the one that will grow up and have to live in the real world. So school work, homework, class work, book report, and all the subjects that are being taught aren’t for your parents, children (if adulting), friends or family, is for you. You are the one who has to accept the responsibility of your d education and get all that it entails for you. The NEED is because there will be things in this world that you may not understand and your parents cannot for you to understand. This is where comprehension is greatly needed. So don’t just go to school focus pay attention and learn what is being taught. The WANT has to be from you for you and because of you. This isn’t something someone can have more for you than you. Even though most parents, family members and friends be wanting it for you more than you, it just not practical. Their wants will not make you smart or productive only your wants can do that for you because of you. The HAVING to is understand what you going to do with your life. You have to find direction and leadership for you, unless you are always going to be a follower, then you have to make that choice and decision for yourself. I tell you this those who follow end up in place they never saw coming! There’s a lot of followers in graves and jail so go ahead and allow others to be your leader.
What I have learned about Yard work? I have learned that people study this craft because they had a desire to beautify the first appearance to a home. Most people in this field had a NEED to do so because they just can’t see a beautiful house with a horrible yard. For them it throws off the whole aesthetic of the home. Their WANT to yard work, lawn care, or gardening is a passion of theirs. Even though most believe it is because of the money but it isn’t. It’s for the beatification of their work. I’ve noticed that most who work in lawn care ride past their work and feel great about what they have done. They take pictures to brag about it. HAVING to do this job to pay bills and having a feeling of self worth is not embarrassing but encouraging and passionate. It’s a business (career) that is growing and thriving. Most home owners use this service but for those who don’t really believe in their yard. It brings them a feeling is self worth, also it helps with anxiety as well as depression. It makes you appreciate your home more when your front and back yard has been taken care of by your own hands. Stand proud and I did that, while admiring your work.
When your house is in order you feel like your life is as well. I mean you have a sense when something isn’t right or has been touched in your home, same goes for your life. When something is out of place you know right away. If it’s not you personally but within your immediate family you WANT to know. It irritates you until you know. It’s like an itch you can’t reach to scratch and even when it’s scratched it still irritates you. Same for not knowing what had happened within either your home or your family life. It bothers you to a point of no control. After a while you HAVE to know and no one is spilling the tea. Now you’re frustrated and feeling left out of the equation. Trust becomes an issue and soon you just give up but deep down inside you really NEEDED to know but your conscious tells you forget about it. But your heart feels betrayed and you carry that desire to know forever. Once you are told you are crushed because it was a secret that should have never been a secret. You look at people differently with distrust in your eyes. But know this you’re not alone. This is the difference between parenting and just being there in the house with your family. Parenting is a multitude of different forms of being a parent. It’s being in the present moment for everything. Because missing a beat, have your family believing you don’t care. Parenting is a full time career because a job is something you do for a check a career is something you can’t see yourself not doing.
It’s the same way with working. If most don’t work as they want, need, or have to it burns a hole in their brain. It takes away their ability to function as a normal person. It cripples them into self worthiness. After while they created things that needs to be done so they can feel important again, not to no one but themselves. Having a job ids one thing you’re really not into you do it for the money, but having a career is passion that burns deep within. It’s like breathing you know you can’t see yourself waking up to anything else. It’s the one thing that makes your heart smile. It’s your frustration task until it’s complete then it’s your greatest accomplishment of many to follow. With a career you just know this is your legacy to leave behind and frantic the thought of someone taking over and fucking it up. This is when you WANT to be certain that no one will destroy what you built. The NEED to leave yours legacy in the hands of someone competent to understand this isn’t a job but a career, a passion that must burn within them like it did you. You HAVE the right person step into your footsteps to know that your legacy isn’t going to hell.
Most people in this world want, need and have to have a sense of everything; knowing, understanding, being, awareness, etc., it’s just how most are wired. The mind and heart’s desire, ability and functionality NEEDS, WANTS and HAVE to be on the same accord to achieve all goal set in life if not something will fail and your desire to continue will fall waste-side.
