Sunday, Let’s Talk Food With Lady K.

Goddess morning Royals. First, give praise and worship to the all High. Sorry for the delay, technical difficulties over the weekend.

Corn Soup

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups cooked corn
    • Add 2 – 3 tbsp of water and blend
  • 1 cup diced cooked potatoes (combine and mix with onion)
  • 2 1/2 cups nut milk (almond, sesame, peanut, cashew)
    • Combine and mix with above
      • 1 tsp. salt
      • 2 tbsp parsley
  • Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Garnish with parsley and chives.

Crispy Corn

  • 1 cup yellow organic cornmeal
  • fi cup pecan pieces
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp sea salt
    • Combine ingredients. Add 2 cups of boiling water and stir well. Then spoon onto a flour and oiled cooke sheet. Bake at 400* for approximately 30 minutes or until crispy. Serve with soups or as a bread.

Banana Milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 3/4 – 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup cooked millet
  • 2- 4 bananas
    • Pinch of salt and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Add an additional 1-2 cups of water, if to thick.
