Goddess morning Royals. First, give praise and worship to the all High. Sorry for the delay, technical difficulties over the weekend.
Corn Soup
- 1 onion
- 2 cups cooked corn
- Add 2 – 3 tbsp of water and blend
- 1 cup diced cooked potatoes (combine and mix with onion)
- 2 1/2 cups nut milk (almond, sesame, peanut, cashew)
- Combine and mix with above
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp parsley
- Combine and mix with above
- Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Garnish with parsley and chives.
Crispy Corn
- 1 cup yellow organic cornmeal
- fi cup pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Combine ingredients. Add 2 cups of boiling water and stir well. Then spoon onto a flour and oiled cooke sheet. Bake at 400* for approximately 30 minutes or until crispy. Serve with soups or as a bread.
Banana Milk
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 3/4 – 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup cooked millet
- 2- 4 bananas
- Pinch of salt and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Add an additional 1-2 cups of water, if to thick.
