Goddess morning Royals 👑. First, give praise and worship to the all High.

Oat Sesame Coconut Waffles (Protein Balanced)

  • 1 cup raw sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup fine coconut
  • 3 1/2 – 4 cops of water
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp sea salt
    • Liquefy seeds in blender with party of water. Blend until smooth consistency. Next, mix remaining ingredients and water to a batter. Bake in hot waffle iron until done, approximately 6-10 minutes, or until it reaches golden brown.

Scalloped Potatoes (Protein Balanced)

  • Blend together:
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup raw peanuts
  • 1/4 cup sesame butter
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
    • Pour over combined layers of sliced potatoes and onions (optional). Bake at 400* for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Only reason I option onions is because I’m allergic but I know a lot of people love them.
