Goddess morning Royals. First, give praise and worship to the all High.

We all like sweets but sometimes sweets aren’t good for us. We need to allow our bodies to dispose of the junk and waste we put into out systems. We need to flush it out and I didn’t know that a lot of people didn’t like drinking water. That is amazing to me because our bodies need water. So I am going to share a snack or two with you all since we all like sweets.

Cake

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
    • To activate yeast, add the following combination of ingredients:
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup unbleached white flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
    • Combine ingredients and mix with honey and water then dissolve yeast in ingredients. Pour combined liquid into dry ingredients immediately and lightly mix. Pour into a greased and floured cake pan. Let stand in warm place for approximately 20 minutes. Balte at 400* for 10 minutes, then 350* for 15-20 minutes.

Granola Peanut Butter

  • 6 cups oats, cocoanut, flour, nuts seeds
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup spring water
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
    • Combine and blend liquids in blender. Mix with dry ingredients. Bake at 275* for 2 hours, stir occasionally to assist it being evenly toasted.

Play with the ingredients as you desire but remember to eat and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
