Goddess Morning Royals.

I’m not feeling so well today which is an extension from yesterday. It all started when I was strolling through the city, stopped at the market and made me a salad at the salad bar.  Fruit salad as well as a variety salad. Afterwards went to the YMCA for a little down time, eat and to do a little cardio not much because I had already walked at least 2 miles.  Anyway, got there did all I wanted to do so I decided to take a little nap, did that and then woke 2 hours later a Popsicle.  It was so cold in this place I almost froze to death.

After that I haven’t been the same. Chills, feverish, body aches, no cough, no running nose but still feel like I am freezing.  Now you know no place needs to be that cold ever. YMCA you all get a 😦 face from me for being so cold when it didn’t call for it.  Other than that I love the YMCA.

So now from my bed I am blogging because I am sick.
