Confession Thursday – Are You Ready For A New?

Goddess morning Royals. First, give praise and worship to the all High.

With the New Year coming upon you, are you willing to give up something to get something. Are you making plans to change in the New Year? Will you be looking for a new career or purchasing a new home? What is your resolution for the New Year?

It doesn’t make sense to have all the things you want in mind and not make a direct effort to do anything about it. I know what sometimes we make resolutions that are beyond our reach or goals. We make decisions that is not within our future. Can you find yourself doing something different then the norm? What is your heart telling you to do? Is it telling you to have a different lifestyle? Is it telling you open up that business that you been hinting around?

There is so many great potential within you. You can do whatever you put your mind to. Believing in your abilities is a must because if you have doubt then you will fail. Needing to know what to want and planning to how to achieve it will make for a better ending. Because nothing in life is guaranteed but death, you need to focus on how to live with your decision.

Always expect things to change and if you are smart enough to know what to expect change and adjust then you are able to adapt to any situation.

Whether your change is in bettering yourself or improving just your lifestyle. You just have to be ready for a new!

Sending you all love and kisses. #GoddessLove

Wednesday – Dance In Your Glory

Goddess afternoon Royals. First, give praise and worship to the all High.

Be proud of your accomplishments. I don’t what you did this day, week, month, or year but I know that you have completed a task that you wanted to make happen so bad. I know what you worked hard to get this project or thing accomplished and now that it is done. You already know you next move but don’t fret about this because you got this. Now dance in your glory. If no one else is proud of you, then be your own motivation, supporter, and fan of your accomplishment.

It can be minor or major. It can be as small as stop doing something like drinking, seeing that person who was making your life a living hell, or brought your first home. It might be that you got that job that you always wanted. Maybe you finally opened the doors to your own business. Hey, I know you wrote that novel you’ve been putting off. Could it be you are getting married and you have settled on a date and a theme. I don’t care what it is all I know is that you should be proud of what you have done here.

I know it doesn’t seem like it is a big deal to those you explained it to but believe me I know how you feel inside. You should be dancing and singing in your praise for doing what you have been wanting or needed to do for so long. Now you can do all the other things that you want to do now that you have this out of the way. I know you are smiling on the inside and it needs to show on the outside. Don’t hide your joy because you might be the only one that recognize how proud of yourself you are but it doesn’t matter. I get it and it is great.

Time to move into your next project or start planning for your next move to help this project continue to be as great as it is now that it is done.

Sending you all love and kisses. #GoddessLove

Timeless Tuesday! Relationships

Goddess morning Royals. First, give praise and worship to the all High.

Consideration for what your partner have to say is a great way to communicate within a functional relationship. When conversing with your partner you must consider getting responses, as well as being asked questions.

Think before you say something that will cause an argument.

  1. How does what you say benefit you?
  2. How does what you say benefit your partner?
  3. How do your words/behavior benefit the Higher Power?
  4. Did you say it to hurt your partner?
  5. What did you think you were saying?
  6. Did you say it because you want to argue, you were angry with yourself, your partner, your relationship, or because you do not have enough intelligence to say it another way?
  7. What was your attitude, facial expression, tone of voice, and body language like when you said it?
  8. How did you fell while you were say it?
  9. In an argument do you pause between short sentences? Do you raise you voice, cry, get nervous, get tense, point your finger, constantly interrupt, feel hurt or upset?
  10. Do you argue as a way to punish or manipulate or to gain advantage?
  11. Do you argue to get attention?

If these are your techniques and they haven’t gotten you anywhere then it is time for a different approach. Try conversing as you will want someone to talk to you. Try speaking from the heart and not from a hurtful place. Try using words that make sense and not sounds of fear. Speak clearly and have your words together in order and ask question with the opportunity for your partner to answer. Allow a break in the conversation for the other to answer. If you aren’t looking for the truth then don’t have this conversation. If all you want to do is yell, scream, be upset and cry then by all means have this conversation with the chances of going through it again and again.

Be ready for lies if there is no real communication going on and you already have it in your mind that this isn’t what you want to hear, from this relationship or want this to go any further. If your plan is to end it then there is no need for this conversation just say it is over and don’t go in looking for answers. For a matter of fact, don’t get a dialogue going with questions to be answered in the first place, say what is needed and move on.

Not all relationships are survivors, some of meant to fail so that you can get to the one that you and your partner will survive together. So let this one go and know better for the next one. Please do not bring old relationships to new one because you set them up to fail.

Manic Monday! Alcoholism

Goddess morning Royals. First, give praise and worship to the all High.

Alcohol Addiction is when a person goes through withdrawal physically from not drinking. Alcoholism is a mental, physical, and spiritual dependency with negative repercussions that affect marriage, families, children, jobs, careers, relationships and sexual performance. It can also trigger violence behavior that cause harm to yourself as well as others. There episodes can land you in prison, jail, hospitals or even in an early grave.

We all know of someone who is suffering from this terrible affliction. We ourselves may have a problem but cannot recognize it because it is you looking out and not in. Asking for help is no reason to be ashamed, everyone needs help every once in a while. It is when you don’t ask or aren’t willing to seek help that your self-esteem plays the roll of embarrassment. You start to believe that you got it under control but if you look into the eyes of those around you, the truth will alarm you. Unless you are in denial and your self-hatred will not allow you to see what is really there.

Alcohol is a socially approved poison that people are taught to want and drink. it can lead to a holistic craving. This poison causes the liver to become inflamed which is hepatitis. Then if untreated cause it to get hard which mean not it is cirrhosis. Once it is in that state it is moving to being dead within your body. Drinking not only kills your liver, but it damages all cells, tissue, nerves, organs and bones, while destroying your brain cells as well.Social” drinking causes the liver to lose the ability to produce digestive enzymes, metabolize oil soluble Vitamin A, D, E and K, neutralize toxins, store energy (glycogen) and absorb fats and proteins. The FDA (Food Drug Administration) approved this recreational drug, in the form of beer, wine, and whiskey, which is all anti-health and anti-life.

Procreation is not recommended for anyone who drinks, it affects the sperm as well as the egg leading to birth defects. I will not encourage someone to drink and neither should you. When you do their death is on your hands.

Sunday, Let's Talk Food With Lady K.

Goddess morning Royals. First, give praise and worship ot the all High.

Fibroid Health is a major concern and most people aren’t aware of this issue until it is too late. Fibroid Tumors are caused by the food we eat. A stressful liver cannot neutralize waste and therefore contribute to the growth of fibroids. A stressful liver is caused by junk foods, drugs, dairy, meat, and inadequate Calcium and Manganese. An ovulating woman who temporarily cannot metabolize Manganese can cause her uterus to weaken and put her body in a menopause state for a period of time, which causes Fibroids. An hormonal imbalance causes facial hair, hair growth of the upper lip or the chin, brittle nails, white spots on the fingernails, split ends on the hair, thinning hair, white spots on the skin, pica (eating of starch, clay or ice), hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, hypersensitivity to smells, insomnia, loss of energy and more.

There are many natural remedies for fibroid tumors, such as a natural food diet, herbs, exercise, colonics, dancing, massage, meditation, herbal cleansing baths and spiritual rituals. A natural food diet is one free of synthetic estrogen found in cow’s milk, meat and eggs, free of food that dehydrate tissue (uterine) such as white sugar, vinegar, alcohol soda, salk bleached white flour, polished white rice and caffeine.

So ladies taking care of ourselves is the best way of ensuring a clean bill of health.
