I’m too….

I’m too blessed to be stressed.
I’m too good to be hood.
I’m too nice to be iced so I’ll say it twice, too nice to be iced.
I’m too cute to get the boot.
I’m too hot to be stopped.
I’m too bossed to be lost.
I’m too grown and it’s shown.
I’m too old to be scold, but beauty to bold to hold.
I’m too real you know the deal
I’m too smart for you to wreck my heart or change my thoughts.
I’m too loved from the man above.
I’m too sexy to be messy.
I’m too bad to be sad.
I got life by the hand.
I’m too strong to be wrong.
I’m too in tune with God to get stopped by y’all.
Listen I’m not saying I’m better than you just better than what I use to be.
I  have too much self love to be kicked or shoved.
I’m too black and proud of that.
I’m too up to be down.
Now that’s all I’m going to say about that!
I’m too much of me to allow you to take away from me.

The Wants of Woman

The Wants of Woman

Women want a man that is not afraid to cry.  Women want a man who have no doubts about being a man and can show his boyish ways.  Women want a man to kiss her with passion and know what is going on in his mind.  We want to roll over to breakfast in bed.   We want to roll around on the grass with a man in our arms with smiles and laughter.  We want a man to feel when we are sad, take us in his arms and hold us like everything is going to be alright.  We don’t want to hear it; we just want to be able to feel it.  We want to be laid out on a bed with silk sheets and our man stand there with roses in his hands, telling us that roses aren’t worthy enough to be in our presence, because we are so beautiful and mean it.  We want to feel our man lips softly pressed against our bodies and the heat of his warmth flow through our veins.  We want to be able to be by ourselves and know that our man isn’t somewhere doing something that he have no business doing.  We want to be with our girls and him with his boys and know that we are the only one on his mind.  We want him to know that we are the only woman he will ever need.  We are women listen to our wants we are old enough for our wants not to hurt us, so that’s why we are women who is free.

Women want a man that will take care of us.  We want him to rub our backs, caress our body, sooth our soul, relax our minds, and make passionate love to us without touching us.  We want him to be able to please us both physically and mentally.  We want the kind of man that is all ours.  We want the kind of man that is real and down to earth.  We want a man to know if we claim that corporate empire that it’s both of ours.  We want a man that is not on a high horse but riding beside us.  We want a man that when our pockets are empty he will fill them.  We want a man that can be our right hand when ours are unable to do.  We want a man that can cook, clean, pay bill, take care of the kids and keep us pleased.  We want a man that can work a 9 to 5 or 10 to 6 and keep home safe, even if he isn’t there.  We want a man that can do all these things and still make us sing, like a bird in love.  We are women hear our wants.  We are old enough for our wants not to hurt us, so that’s why we are women who are free.

We want a man who looks us in the eyes and tells us what’s on his mind without blinking or pausing.  We want a man who wouldn’t lie, because lies led to loneliness.  We want a man that stands tall in any situation and proud of what he is.  We want a man with pride, but isn’t afraid of help.  We want a man who gives us chills when he smiles at us.  We want a man who gives us butterflies in our stomach when he touches us.  We want a man who will push the hair away from our eyes and tell us not to hide our beauty.  We want a man who is there for us when we think that we lost the prettiness in us to tell us that it is gone nowhere and mean it.  We want a man that is handy in all areas of life.  We want a man that we can roll over to in the morning and he calls us his lovely wife.  We want man without a doubt who is always will to work it out.  We are women hear our wants.  We are old enough for your want not to hurt us, so that’s why we are women who are free.
